Yvette works as a Pastor with the Baptist Churches of Western Australia where she has the enormous privilege of encouraging and equipping women in church leadership and ministry. Wife to Leigh and mother to four beautiful girls, Yvette combines motherhood, church leadership and study at Vose Seminary where she is working toward a Master of Ministry. Yvette is an extroverted introvert. She loves leading from the stage as a worship leader and itinerant preacher, gathering people together and deep conversations. But her favourite place to be is camping by the ocean, curled up in her recliner under the shade of a peppermint tree with a big cup of tea and an excellent novel. Yvette is passionate about seeing women step courageously into their God given gifts and knows that women flourish when they are surrounded by other good-hearted women who cheer them on.
Yvette loves to write- you can learn more about her at www.yvettecherry.com.
